Quality Management Unit

  • To coordinate activities carried out within the framework of Healthcare Quality Standards (SKS) and the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System,
  • To evaluate analysis results conducted by departments regarding departmental objectives, indicators, and performance metrics,
  • To identify existing problems in the hospital through internal audits and self-assessments, prioritize them, and carry out and ensure improvement activities accordingly,
  • To ensure that patient and employee survey results are discussed in relevant meetings,
  • To evaluate corrective, preventive, and improvement actions monitored by unit quality officers,
  • To monitor new and revised standards that may come into force,
  • To carry out training activities related to the Quality Management System and SKS within the scope of the Training Coordinator’s duties,
  • To submit statistical data requested by official authorities to the Chief Physician’s Office for forwarding to relevant institutions,
  • To enter monthly statistical data required by the Ministry of Health into the relevant institutional web systems,
  • To review written procedures prepared within the framework of Healthcare Quality Standards and ISO 9001:2015 and to monitor their revisions,
  • To evaluate statistical data related to service delivery,
  • To participate as a member in committees established within the scope of SKS and to follow up on their meetings.
